Not necessarily - nearly all handmade items in the shop are made to order and most listing photos are examples of previous work.

**Please note: we use a lot of natural and reclaimed materials, because of this there may be variations from item-to-item and order-to-order. There may also be variation from what is pictured. Wood may have knots, cracks, peeling bark, different textures, etc. Paint, stain, and ink may also take differently to each piece and knots/wood grain may shine through over time.
Every piece has it's own unique character :)

If you have an ornament or sign idea that's not currently listed, please send me a message and we can discuss details. Once we finalize design and cost I will create a custom listing for you to purchase and complete the order.

Fully custom ornaments typically start at $16 each.
Fully custom signs typically start at $45 each.
(But please send me a message to discuss, simple requests may cost less.)

Typically I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please pay close attention to product dimensions and descriptions. However, if you have a concern please send me a message.

Vintage Items: Are sold "as-is" - I'm happy to send additional photos upon request.

Please see each item for an estimate on production time. Typically I make and ship early within the time frame, but occasionally orders can take the full production time to go out. In the event several items are purchased for the same order, they will ship together once the order is complete - the item with the longest production time estimate would apply to the whole order. Large items like signs may ship in a separate package from smaller items.
I only offer standard First Class shipping with tracking through USPS - expedited shipping is not available. Shipping charges include packaging expenses and Etsy's postage fees; shipping materials may include recycled/repurposed materials, in an effort to be more eco-friendly.
